How do I Apply for a Loan?

How long will it take for my application to be processed?
We will process your application as soon as we receive your completely filled out application form with complete requirements. The loan will be released to you within 5-7 days from the date of application.

How would I know if my application is already approved?
An office representative will call to inform you that your application has been approved and will give you further instructions on how to claim your loan.
I have a problem with my monthly amortization. Who do I contact?

You can renew your loan by Calling or Visiting any CVM/Pera center branch nearest your home.
I am interested to renew my loan but I still have an outstanding loan. Do I need to pay off my loan?
No. You may renew your loan if you had already paid at least 50% of your loan and the remaining balance would be deducted from your loan proceeds.
You may inquire from your nearest branch.The collector will inform you that you are qualified for loan renewal.
How long will it take for my loan renewal to be processed?
Generally, loan renewals take 3-5 working days to be processed.
Will the approval be higher from my previous loan?
Normally, approval of loan renewals are higher than the previous loan but it still depends on your payment history and the result of credit evaluation.
